1. Counsel for petitioner filed affidavit-of-service. The singular prayer of petitioner is that the order dated 26.11.2025 passed by learned Tribunal in O.A. No.1251/2022 (Kolkata) shows that the matter is listed for hearing on 21st January, 2026. However, it is submitted that a sizeable number of dates of hearing were fixed but, no final hearing could actually take place. Thus, Tribunal may be directed to finally hear the matter on the next date and decide it in accordance with law.

2. We are only inclined to observe that such a prayer may be made before the learned Tribunal on the next date of hearing. In that case, we have no doubt that Tribunal will consider the said

prayer and endeavour to decide the pending O.A. expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits, petition is disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
