Heard the learned advocate appearing for the respective parties. Records reveal that earlier the petitioners herein preferred an application for anticipatory bail being CRM No.2436 of 2016. The same was rejected by an order dated 20th September, 2016. As there had been no change in the facts and circumstances of the case due to subsequent events, we are not inclined to allow the present application. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM No.210 of 2021, is dismissed.
