The petitioner in this revisional application is the plaintiff in Title Suit No.372 of 2006, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah. The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the title suit. It appears that the title suit was filed in 2006 and thereafter even in 2020 examination-in-chief of D.W.1 was going on.

Keeping in mind the age of the suit and the stage of the suit, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the Title Suit No. 372 of 2006 along with all pending applications, if any, within a period of six months from the next date fixed. This court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter-claims of the parties.

The learned court below will proceed independently and in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made in this order.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite party within seven days.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
