Mr. Timir Baran Saha ..for the petitioner Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ..for the Board The petitioner submits that he could not qualify in TET 2014. However, if six marks is given to him as per the order passed by the Division Bench of this court in MAT 1594 of 2018 the petitioner's total score would be 83 and he will get an opportunity to participate in the recruitment process. There are no reasons for which the petitioner cannot be given those six marks as he is covered by the judgement of the Division Bench indicated above.

Therefore, this matter is covered by the Division Bench judgement and he should be given an opportunity to participate in the recruitment process of 2022 which is continuing.

The matter is disposed of.
