Incident occurred with regard to a religious issue. All the petitioners stand implicated in the incident as appearing from the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Number of persons suffered injury.

Since, the incident arose out of religious issues and since the petitioners are involved in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM(A) 63 of 2024 is dismissed.
