Case No. 490 of 2023 dated 9.5.2023 wherein after completion of investigation chargesheet was submitted under sections 406/420/468/471/472/473/120B of the IPC The sum and substance of the allegations in the charge-sheet relate to the persons of General Category obtaining certificate of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe. The case is based on the documents along with the materials so seized by the investigating agency. Ld. advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are yet to receive the documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c. and, as such, I am of the view that the revisional application is premature.

The petitioners after receipt of the documents under section 207 of the Cr.P.C. would file an application under section 239 of the cr.p.c. before the ld. jurisdictional court

and the ld. Jurisdictional court would consider independently the issues so canvassed without being influence by any of the observations made by this court while disposing of the present revisional application.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 58 of 2024 is disposed of.
