Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the supplementary charge-sheet. She submits that the petitioner is now being charged under Section 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the charges, inter alia, are under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act. Petitioner was identified in the Test Identification Parade.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 64 of 2022 is dismissed.
