Perused the report filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police/HIO CBI, EOB, Kolkata on 7th March, 2025 wherefrom it appears that the subject property was attached by the C.B.I. in compliance of the writ of attachment issued by the learned Special Judge, West Tripura, Agartala. 2.

As the petitioner seeks release of the subject property from attachment, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum where the proceeding is pending for necessary relief, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
