Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved of the communication dated 27.12.2024 addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Basanti Police Station not being acted upon in its true perspective. Petitioner submits that there has been construction which is encroaching the petitioner's property.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.5 submits that a title suit is pending. There has been an injunction order and appropriate provision has been invoked under Order 39 Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure which is still pending.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have taken steps for maintaining peace.

In view of the strained relationship existing between the parties as is reflected from the records, I direct the Inspector-in-Charge, Basanti Police Station to keep a strict vigil and continue with his efforts for maintaining breach of peace and to prevent any untoward incident because of such strained relationship.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 487 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
