Mr. Bari, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and confirms that payment has been made but no particulars given. He further submits, in event his client is aggrieved by the calculation, he should be at liberty to seek remedy of relief.

Mr. Bhattacharya insists that there be recording that offices of his clients have made the payment on directive of alleged contemner no.3. Mr. Bandyopadhyay, learned advocate Junior Standing Counsel appears on behalf of alleged contemner no.3 and submits, the details are with the university.

Alleged contemner nos.4 and 5 will give the details of payment made on particulars of calculation to applicant, within a week from date.
