The contempt proceeding arising out of an order dated 19th July, 2007 passed in WP 8091(W) of 2007 is dropped. The contempt petition, being WPCRC 270 of 2009 is disposed of without any further order. The Rule stands discharged.

The Registry is directed to take appropriate steps regarding hearing of CRR 300 of 2015 which is

tagged with the contempt application in view of the contempt application being disposed of.
