1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the Money Suit being No.101 of 2022, pending before the Learned Civil Judge, at Sealdah.

2. It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner at the time of hearing that the Title Suit being No.66 of 2020, pending before the Learned 1st Court, Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sealdah, has been decreed in their favour. The said suit was a suit for eviction.

3. The petitioner herein has initiated the money suit praying for recovery of the amount deposited in title suit for eviction.

4. Considering the relief prayed for, at this stage service is dispensed with and the Civil Revision is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court

being the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Sealdah, shall proceed with the hearing of the money suit of 2022, expeditiously and make all endeavour to dispose of the same within 3(three) months from the date of this order.

5. The Civil Revision stands disposed of.

6. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
