Service report as well as status report filed by the State be kept with the records.

In spite of service nobody appears to represent the defacto complainant/victim.

The petitioner renews his prayer for bail which was rejected on merits on April 19, 2024. Since there is no significant change in circumstances, we see no reason why we should reconsider the petitioner's prayer for bail at this stage. 4.

In so far as the progress in trial is concerned, we find that 10 out of 18 charge sheet named witnesses have already been examined. Therefore, the trial is progressing at a highly satisfactory pace.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage.

CRM (DB) 136 of 2025 is, thus, dismissed.
