As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Rupsha Chakraborty, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The writ petition was preferred as the representation made to the Officer-in-Charge, Parnasree Police Station on or about 02.12.2022 was not addressed. The accusation so made in the writ petition was to the extent that the private respondent no.4 was trying to encroach upon the property of the petitioner. To that effect, the petitioner was threatened. Considering the nature of the accusation, I am of the view that if the petitioner faces the same inconveniences, a fresh representation be filed before the police authorities. The police authorities would consider such representation in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 369 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
