The petitioner made several representations to this authority from March, 2021 to December, 2022. According to learned counsel, the representations relate to two Hospitals. It is submitted that the dues are admitted and the work was completed within time. It is also submitted that work was completed upon extension of time given by the CMOH. The respondents are represented.

WPA 372 of 2023 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent No. 8 being the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Bankura to consider and dispose of the representation dated 14th December, 2022 within a period of two weeks from date. The petitioner shall be heard by the authority and a copy of reasoned order

shall be made available to the petitioner within an outer limit of three weeks from date. It is made clear that if the petitioner's demand or even a part thereof is found to be justified, the CMOH shall disburse the amount to the petitioner within eight weeks from the date on which the order is furnished to the petitioner.
