Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. 66 bottles of phensedyl syrup containing codeine phosphate was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Their bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
