1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in February, 2023. Thereafter trial has commenced. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.
