Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated unnecessarily in connection with the present case and is in custody for 1 year 11 months.

Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that 110 kgs. of ganja was recovered and in CRM(NDPS) 942 of 2025 by an order dated 27.11.2025, this Court rejected the prayer for bail of a co-accused and directed for concluding the prosecution witnesses within a period of six months. The said time period is still not over. Petitioner would bring this order along with the order dated 27.11.2025

passed in CRM (NDPS) 942 of 2025 to the notice before the learned Trial Court.

At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 60 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
