A report has been submitted by Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate appearing for the State which has been prepared by the Inspector-in-Charge, Purulia (M) Police Station. Let the same be kept with the record.

Report is enclosed with statement and declaration of one Tinki Das. The contents of the statement as well as the report reflect that the petitioner no.1, namely, Manoj Mahato and the said Tinki Das have married and they are staying together as husband and wife. The case involves Manoj Mahato and his family members as accused persons.

Having regard to the larger interest of the society that a

family has been established after initiation of the instant case and the lady do not intend to pursue with the present case being Purulia (M) Police Station Case No.277 of 2019 dated 14.12.2019, I am of the opinion that further continuance of the said proceedings before the learned CJM, Purulia so far as all the petitioners or the accused persons who have been implicated in connection with the instant case are concerned, the same is required to be quashed. Consequently, CRR 59 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

Pending other applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
