1. The appellant/writ petitioner sought for various reliefs in the writ petition, which was admitted before the learned writ court that the prayer as couched were innocuous.

2. The sum and substance of the grievance of the appellant is that he has not been issued the certified copy of the order dated March 01, 1994 in Case No.25/Bar/92-93.

3. It is not clear as to why the certified copy has not been issued.

4. The learned Government counsel would submit that for issuance of the certified copy the appellant should make an application in the proper format and comply with the requisites including the deposit of the required court fee and if the same is done, the application will be considered in accordance with the statutory provisions.

5. In the light of the above, while declining to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Bench, the appellant is directed to apply for certified copy before the appropriate authority in the proper format and remit the concerned court fee and on receipt of the same, the certified copy of the said order be issued to the appellant within three weeks from date on which certified copy of the application is made along with the requisite court fees.

6. With the above direction, the appeal stands disposed of.
