Learned counsel appearing for the State hands up a letter of 2nd February, 2023 stating that the matter has already been heard by the District Magistrate on 10th February, 2023. Counsel submits that the order will be passed in the matter some time this week. The said letter is kept on record.

Since nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition, WPA 374 of 2023 is disposed of in terms of the above.

Needless to mention, the District Magistrate shall communicate the order to the petitioners within a week from the date on which such order is passed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
