Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that no communication was received by the Mandarmoni Coastal Police Station in respect of the issues which have been canvassed in the present writ petition.

Be that as it may, as substantial time has elapsed in the meantime since the writ petition was preferred, the

grievance of the petitioner, if still has not been addressed, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate authorities for ventilating his grievances.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 347 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
