State has submitted a report. A copy of the report be handed over to Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. The report reflects that steps have been taken for tracing out the accused persons as well as the victim girl has been recovered. She was produced before the learned Magistrate and also sent for medical examination. Consequently, charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court.

Having considered that the police authorities have specifically taken steps, at this stage, further interference of this Court is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 465 of 2025 is disposed of.

However, the learned jurisdictional Court will decide on the future course of action of the criminal case which is pending.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
