In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt application being CAN No. 28 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
