Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the University has already commenced a post publication review for the odd semester 2023-2024 examinations. However, the petitioner cannot access the portal of the University because the student ID of the petitioner has been blocked as his session is over. The University may be directed to communicate the outcome of their consideration to the petitioner in due course through email.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that the review has already commenced and will be concluded as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from this date.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the University to communicate the outcome of such

consideration to the petitioner by email within one week of taking a decision.
