By order dated December 1, 2021, GA 10 of 1975 has been disposed of. The instant Criminal Revision being CRR 755 of 1975 arising out of the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fourth Court, Alipore in Sessions Trial No. 1 of January 1975, has been preferred by the informant Upendra Nath Routh Roy. By order dated December 1, 2021 passed by this Court, the judgment and the order of acquittal passed by the learned trial Judge in Sessions Trial No. 1 of January 1975, has been confirmed.

Despite several administrative notices issued to the informant, neither he nor his learned Advocate appeared before the Court.

In view of the order passed in GA 10 of 1975, I think that the instant revision is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision being CRR 755 of 1975 is dismissed.
