In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

WPA 597 of 2026 stands disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the reasoned order dated 10th September, 2024 in accordance with law, if so advised.

A copy of the reasoned order has been handed over to the petitioner.
