Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

The petitioner is a resident of Dhanbad. He draws the attention of the Court to the quantum of the sand involved. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the vehicle was seized by the police from where the police came into possession of a document which is forged. The petitioner is involved in such forgery. Such matter requires investigation. In view of the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. CRM (A) 100 of 2022 is rejected.
