Smt. Jyotsna Das Mr. Anuran Samanta ... For the petitioner This revisional application is filed only with a prayer for expeditiously disposal of the Title Suit No.109 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur.

Considering the facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to ask the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

From the record, it appears that an application was filed on behalf of the plaintiff u/O 39 Rule 1 and 2 on 13th September, 2022 and the defendant yet to file written objection.

In these circumstances, I find hardly any necessity to pass any order in respect of the prayer for early disposal of the Title Suit No.109 of 2015. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application, being CO 58 of 2023, stands disposed of.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur, forthwith.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
