It is also submitted that the police authorities did not cooperate with the petitioner, as such, he had to seek transfer and, subsequently, there has been transfer to a different school.

Mr.

Karan, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State and

submits a report which reflects that steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has been transferred to different school, I am of the opinion that the concerned police station, presently, have hardly any role to perform.

Having regard to the same, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. However, if the petitioner is faced with similar inconveniences, he would report to the concerned police authorities which will consider the contentions in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 333 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
