The allegation of the petitioner is that the private respondents have blocked the ingress and egress of his plot of land by making construction over the Panchayet road. The learned advocate representing the private respondents disputes the contention of the petitioner. It has been submitted that the land whether the construction is alleged to be made is the private land of the private respondents. The Mouza map has been relied upon by the private respondents to show that there is no mention about any Panchayet road in front of the entrance of the petitioner's land.

It appears from the allegation made by the petitioner that the dispute in between the parties is purely civil in nature. The Writ Court is not the appropriate forum to adjudicate the same.

The petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, strictly in accordance with law, for redressal of his grievances, if so advised.

WPA 389 of 2021 stands dismissed.
