We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is a member of a gang who had utilized fingerprint of the victim to withdraw money from his account. Custodial interrogation would unravel the ramifications of the crime and lead to recovery of stolen cash. Petitioner has criminal antecedents also. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
