The learned counsel representing the contemnors has produced before us the minutes of meeting held on 21st December, 2020 at 5.30 p.m. showing partial compliance of the order dated 18th December, 2020. It is submitted that due to the demise of the father of the Secretary of the school the final order could not be communicated to the petitioner.

Let this matter be listed on 12th February, 2021 when the Secretary of the School should be personally present with the affidavit of compliance.
