1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. Petitioner submits there is no direct evidence connecting them with the murder. They have been falsely implicated out of suspicion. They pray for anticipatory bail.

3. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer.

4. We have considered the materials on record. Dead body of one Nur Islam was recovered. Nur Islam is the niece of the husband of Lal Banu, a co-accused. It is alleged Lal Banu and her husband had matrimonial dispute and Nur Islam was murdered on this score. Petitioners are the relations of Lal Banu. They have been falsely implicated out of suspicion. There is no direct evidence connecting them with the alleged crime. Investigation is complete. There is no chance of abscondence.

5. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of BNSS 2023.

7. Petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
