The petitioner is a student of Electronics Honours at Vidyasagar College, Kolkata.

The petitioner alleges that by sending a whatsapp message, respondent no. 6 has suspended the class and withheld the relevant examination. The college submits that no order was ever issued by the competent authority of the college either to suspend the class or to withhold the examination.

The writ petition contains various frivolous allegations against teachers of the college. This Court must observe that it is unbecoming of a student to bring such allegation against his teachers.

Any further discussion on the merit of writ petition may compel the Court to pass adverse orders against the

petitioner. This Court refrains from undertaking such exercise only keeping in mind the academic interest of the petitioner.

WPA 350 of 2024 is dismissed.
