Records reveal that by an order dated 4th December, 2019 the application for stay being CAN 6532 of 2019 filed in connection with the appeal being MAT 860 of 2019 was dismissed for default.

Thereafter, an application for restoration being CAN 12313 of 2019 was filed.

No one appears today on behalf of the appellants/applicants and no accommodation has been sought for.

In view thereof, the restoration application being CAN 2 of 2019 (Old No. CAN 12313 of 2019) and the appeal being FMA 4 of 2020 are dismissed for default.
