Md. Anwar Hossain Ms. Manisha Sharma .....For the State The records of the case reflect that the petitioners approached this court at a stage when the investigation of the case was under progress. Report submitted by Md. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate for the State reflects that charge sheet was submitted against the accused persons i.e. the petitioners on or about 31.10.2020 under Sections 114/341/354B/323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the fact that there has been change of circumstances particularly in respect of interference in respect of subject matter which is under challenge, I direct that the petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the stage of consideration of charges before the learned trial court after receipt of the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

No interference is called for at this stage which is premature.

With the aforesaid observation CRR 51 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are hereby disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
