1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner drove a Toto which ran over the victim resulting in grievous injury. He does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who has been granted pre-arrest bail.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
