26th March, (AK) F.A. 16 of 2012 Deeplok Financial Services Limited Vs.

The Tata Iron & Steel Company and others Ms. Somali Mukhopadhyay ...for the appellant.

Mr. Asis Kumar Laha ...for the respondent no.6.

1.

Learned counsel for the appellant rightly points out that in the judgment dated March 13, 2025, in paragraph no.42, certain errors in transcription cropped up while setting out the decree.

2.

The said errors are as follows:

3.

In Clause (a) "16677501-8600" shall be read as "166777501-8600".

4.

In Clause (b) of para-42, in the second line, between the words "transferring" and "equity", the number "2290" shall be incorporated and in the third line, the number "16677501" be read as "166777501".

5.

In Clause (c), instead of the expression "injunction", the term "order" shall be incorporated in the first line. In the third line at page-13 of Clause (c), after

the number of the title suit, the following phrase shall be incorporated: "in the name of the Plaintiff/Appellant".

6.

In the first line of page-14, instead of "750", the number of shares shall be depicted as "740". Thus, the entire expression shall be read as "remaining 740 shares or issue duplicate shares in lieu of all the 2290 shares .......".

7.

In the fourth row of Schedule-A at page-14, the number "965841" in the second column shall be read as "765841" and in the third column, the number "166777552"

shall be read as "166777551".

8.

The aforesaid corrections be deemed to stand incorporated in the judgment dated March 13, 2025.

9.

The decree to be drawn up on the basis of the said judgment shall also incorporate the above corrected position.
