In compliance of the order of this court dated 3rd February, 2023, learned Advocate representing the alleged contemnor has filed the compliance report in the form of an affidavit showing compliance of the order of this court dated 21st September, 2022 alleged to have been violated. If petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed in compliance of the order of this court, it may give rise to a fresh cause of action but contempt proceedings does not survive any more. Accordingly CPAN 30 of 2023 is disposed of by dropping the contempt proceedings in question. Compliance report in the form of an affidavit filed by the alleged contemnor be kept with the record.
