Petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the proceedings relating to Misc. Execution Case No. 607 of 2023 is progressing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Alipore.

The order dated 05.12.2023 passed by the learned trial court reflects that the next date has been fixed on 06.02.2024.

Accordingly, I direct that on and from 06.02.2024, the learned Magistrate would fix at least one date in a fortnight so that the proceedings relating to Section 125(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 63 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
