The writ petition is taken up for consideration when the learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners stood redressed. However, State respondents and West Bengal Cooperative Election Commission are represented by learned advocates.

In view of aforesaid submission being made on behalf of the petitioners no order need be passed on this writ petition and the same stands disposed of.

The instruction which the learned advocate for the petitioners has received from her client vide letter dated 22nd December, 2023 is placed before this Court which is taken on record.
