Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

In an incident of assault, injured suffered injury on the mouth.

The nature of injury suffered transpires from the photograph of the injured which is available in the case diary. Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM(A) 69 of 2024 is dismissed.
