AGP Mr. Panna Lal Bandyopadhyay ... for the State Respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that she is being disturbed and abused with filthy/derogatory/slang languages continuously by the private respondents. Learned advocate submits that the private respondents are also creating serious pandemonium and/or tensed atmosphere which have made the present petitioner and her son insecure at the locality.

A report has been submitted by

the Inspector-in-charge of Sonarpur Police Station, which speaks that there are specific cases being Sonarpur P.S. Case No. 819 of 2024, Sonarpur P.S. Case No.

866 of 2024, Sonarpur P.S.Cae No. 1284 of 2024 under the relevant provisions of law, wherein, the police authorities after completion of investigation submitted charge-sheet(s). The report also states that another case being Sonarpur P.S. Case No. 620 of 2024 has been registered on 04.05.2024.

I find that repeated criminal cases have been registered because of slang languages being used and/or strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

In view of the present set of circumstances, instead of repeated registration of FIR(s), I direct that if an appropriate application for modification

and/or variation of the condition of bail imposed upon the private respondents are filed before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of the matter, the learned Magistrate would consider the complicity of the private respondents and, thereafter, decide whether it would be, in the fitness of circumstances, to direct the private-respondents to stay outside the jurisdiction of the concerned police station for a fixed and/or limited period of time in order to restore peace and/or other measures.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 525 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for

the petitioner.
