Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the main proceeding under Section 144 of the Code is still pending and in view of the same, the petitioner would not like to press this application. He prays for an expeditious disposal of the impugned proceeding. On his prayer, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, the learned Executive Magistrate is requested to conclude the proceeding under Section 144 of the Code as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, preferably within a period of two months from the next date of hearing.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
