Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that they are being attempted to be thrown away from their own property at the behest of the private respondents.

Report has been submitted by the state regarding steps taken under section 107/116 of the Cr.P.C. on or about 22.08.2023.

Having considered that the allegations which have been leveled against the private respondents, arise out of title and possession in respect of a property.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional civil and criminal court for appropriate reliefs. In the meantime, the police

authorities would see as the petitioners and the private respondents are at loggerhead that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and no untoward incident stems out in respect of the dispute relating to the subject property referred to in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 364 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
