Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the revisional application, the petitioner has already expired.

Accordingly, I direct the petitioner to file an affidavit enclosing the death certificate of the petitioner before the learned trial court and take appropriate measures. Learned trial court, if required, will conduct an enquiry and accordingly decide the course of the proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 74 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
