The petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said assessment order. In view of the aforesaid, there is no justification to keep this writ petition pending. The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the assessment order before the appellate authority. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to urge all points available to him including the points taken in the writ petition before the appellate authority. Accordingly, WPA 524 of 2025 along with CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
