.....for the petitioners The writ petition is not maintainable. None of the four respondents are public authorities and in any event the petitioners claim relief admittedly under a hypothecation agreement of 30th June, 2021. The petitioners' remedy hence are not under article 226 of the Constitution of India and lying elsewhere. WPA 405 of 2023 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
