Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that considering the period of detention of the petitioners and considering the fact that the police filed charge sheet, the prayer for bail should be considered.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that death is homicidal in nature as appearing from the postmortem report. He draws the attention of the Court to the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Cr. P.C. implicating the petitioners.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM(DB) 73 of 2022 is dismissed.
